An Intensive Course is a planned programme of five lessons on five consecutive calendar dates.It may be arranged as a Private, Semi-Private or Group course, subject to suitable placement and availability. Lesson type, duration, Instructor and the full five-date plan are agreed before the course is confirmed.

If Ukiyo cannot provide an Active Intensive Course Reservation, Ukiyo takes responsibility for the affected lesson.Ukiyo will offer a suitable no-fee new Reservation. If Ukiyo cannot provide a suitable no-fee new Reservation, Ukiyo will provide a bank-transfer refund for the affected Reservation.
