A Private Lesson is for one Student and reserves the confirmed date and time for that Student.Ukiyo may recommend Private Lessons to establish confidence and swimming foundations before suitable Group placement.

A Semi-Private Lesson is for two named Students who reserve the same date, time and duration together. For Weekly Advance, both Students commit to the same regular day, time and duration for every confirmed weekly date in the calendar month.

The Semi-Private arrangement ends for the following month unless two named Students again commit to the same date, time and duration.The continuing Student may request a new Weekly Advance Private Reservation or a suitable Group place, subject to suitable availability.

A Group Lesson is for three or more suitably placed Students learning within Ukiyo’s progressive pathway.A Group is created only when at least three suitable Students commit to the same planned day, time and duration.

You are welcome to introduce Students who would like to learn together. Once Ukiyo confirms the Reservation, however, it becomes an Ukiyo Group Lesson. Ukiyo determines suitable Group placement, duration, Instructor, pool location and Group composition according to swimming knowledge, safety and each Student’s long-term development.

Ukiyo places Students according to observed swimming knowledge, safety, confidence, independence and long-term development. Where the Student’s level is already known, Ukiyo may offer a suitable Group Reservation directly. Where it is not yet known, Ukiyo may recommend an Instructor Assessment before providing the appropriate learning pathway.

An Instructor Assessment helps Ukiyo understand the Student’s current swimming knowledge and recommend the appropriate learning pathway.The Assessment Fee is 100 PLN. If the Student joins a planned Weekly Advance Group within 30 days, 50 PLN is credited toward the Student’s first Weekly Advance Group Reservation Fee.

Yes, with Ukiyo’s approval. Please tell Ukiyo at least 24 hours before attendance. The replacement Student must be suitable and approved by Ukiyo, and the original Reservation date and time remain unchanged.This substitution rule applies to Private Reservations only.
