Students/Parents at Pr1me have limited days/time-slots available to choose. For this reason a student/parent may cancel a secured date 2 hours prior to the intended starting and will be charged 35% of the lesson fee. Credit for the cancelled lesson will apply towards the following month and is not valid thereafter.
