2. Lesson and Rescheduling Details: 

• Private Lessons: 

• The student/parent acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the school's rescheduling policies, which permit changes free of charge with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. 

• Rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the scheduled private lesson will incur a rescheduling fee of 50zl. 

• Cancellation on the day of the private lesson will result in the lesson being voided. 

• If a student is unable to find a suitable time slot to reschedule, they may use our entry ticket into the pool for a swim. The duration of the entry is subject to the lesson duration of the ticket, and the student/parent accepts that if they exceed the allotted time, Wodny Park may charge a fee per minute. 

• Group Lessons: 

• Group lessons operate under a strict policy of no-rescheduling and no makeup for any intended or unintended missed lessons. 

• In the event a student within a group lesson misses a session, Ukiyo Swim School, in good faith, may extend the offer for the student to use our entry ticket into the pool for a swim. The duration of the entry aligns with the lesson duration of the ticket. The student/parent accepts the responsibility that exceeding the allotted time may result in additional charges from Wodny Park. 

• While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, advance notice of any inability to attend a group lesson is greatly appreciated. However, it's essential to note that rescheduling nor make-up options are not available for group lessons.

4. Deposit and Monthly Deductions:

5. Cancellation Policy: 

• The student/parent may cancel this enrolment with a written 30-day notice to be submitted before the following monthly payment. Cancellations received after this period will be processed in the subsequent month. 

• Once we receive your written notice to cancel your enrolment, please note that any unused lessons will not be available to be taken once the agreed cancellation is enforced.

6. Terms and Conditions: 

• The undersigned student/parent acknowledges receipt and understanding of the Ukiyo Swim School's terms and conditions, including payment policies, rescheduling policies, and any other rules outlined by the school. 

• The student/parent agrees to abide by these terms and conditions throughout the course of enrollment. 

 

 

7. Media Release: 

• The undersigned: 

• Grants permission for Ukiyo Swim School to use photographs or videos of the student for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the school's website, social media, and other marketing materials. 

• Denies permission for Ukiyo Swim School to use photographs or videos of the student for promotional purposes. 

8. Agreement Acknowledgment: 

• The undersigned acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Ukiyo Swim School Yearly Enrollment Agreement.
