How Monthly Fees Work

Ukiyo plans one calendar month at a time. Every Active Reservation has a clear place in Ukiyo’s planned teaching schedule.
💳 Fees and Payment
Monthly fees reflect the Reservation dates in that calendar month. Fees are requested from the 1st and must be paid before the Student arrives for their first lesson. Selected-Date Reservations must be paid when confirmed.
🖥️ The Parent Portal
The Parent Portal shows Active Reservations, fees and approved changes. If a Reservation is not Active in the Portal, it is not confirmed. For requests, contact Ukiyo with the Student’s name, date, day and time.
Weekly Advance Reservations
New Weekly Advance Reservation requests for the following month are considered from the 24th, after the 23rd deadline for continuing Weekly Advance Students to send a Drop or request a Holding Reservation.

A Weekly Advance Private Reservation protects the Student’s regular day, time and learning continuity. Ukiyo provides a suitable Instructor, but a requested or named Instructor is not guaranteed.
Shared Focus
Semi‑Private
135 PLN / 30m
160 PLN / 45m
Both named Students commit to the same Weekly Advance day, time and duration. Once the monthly plan is confirmed, it is fixed. If one Student is absent during the month, the other may attend alone, but the Reservation remains Semi-Private.
Both students must commit to the weekly agreement. No change is accepted once the month starts!
Building the Swimmer
Group
120 PLN / Lesson
Consistency is what parents are choosing. Weekly Reservations ensure the Student remains within their consistent learning rhythm.
Fee applies to both 30 minute and 45 minute group lessons. Group duration is determined by Ukiyo according to the Student’s level, learning needs and Group planning.
New Weekly Advance Reservations
New Weekly Advance Reservation requests for the following month are best sent from the 24th of the month. This allows Ukiyo to plan the next month’s schedule after continuing families have confirmed their places.
A request is confirmed only when it appears in the Parent Portal.
Why Monthly Totals Change

Monthly totals reflect the number of the Student’s reserved lesson days.
Because Ukiyo charges for exact dates, a month with five Saturdays will total differently than one with four. The total simply adjusts to match the calendar month.
Selected-Date Reservations
Selected-Date Reservations offer flexibility for one-off sessions or specific occasional needs. Selected-Date Reservations may be requested from the 1st of each calendar month, from suitable remaining availability. Each request must be made at least 48 hours before attendance.
Selected-Date Private Reservation
200 PLN - 30m or 230 PLN - 45m
Customised instruction focused on specific goals. These options are based purely on remaining availability in the schedule and do not provide a weekly guarantee.
Selected-Semi Private Reservation
165 PLN / 30m per Student
190 PLN / 45m per Student
A one-off Semi-Private Reservation for two named Students reserving the same date, time and duration together. This option is subject to suitable remaining availability and does not provide a regular weekly guarantee.
Selected-Date Group Reservation
150 PLN per Student
A one-off place within a suitable scheduled group. This option is subject to a vacant place being available on the selected date and does not include a regular weekly guarantee.
Flexibility That Suits Your Monthly Plan

Selected-Date Reservations allow families to reserve individual lesson dates when a regular weekly Reservation does not suit their monthly plans. You pay only for the specific dates confirmed in the Parent Portal, subject to suitable availability.
Selected-Date Reservations do not create a regular weekly place or guarantee future availability.
Intensive Course
Five lessons. Five consecutive days. One focused swimming plan
An Intensive Course is a planned five-day programme for Students who want concentrated progress in confidence, swimming knowledge or a specific skill.

Intensive Private Reservation

Five consecutive Private Reservations for one Student, providing focused individual instruction within a planned five-day programme.
Intensive Semi-Private Reservation
125 PLN per Student, per lesson / 625 PLN total — 30m
140 PLN per Student, per lesson / 700 PLN total — 45m
Five consecutive Semi-Private Reservations for two named Students. Both Students attend the same five consecutive dates, at the same time and for the same duration.
Intensive Group Reservation
110 PLN per Student, per lesson / 550 PLN total
Five consecutive Group Reservations within a suitable Ukiyo Group. This option depends on an appropriate level, available Group place and the Student’s educational suitability.
Fee applies to both 30 minute and 45 minute intensive group lReservation.
Group duration is based on student skill demonstration
Send a text or WhatsApp with the Student’s name, preferred five consecutive dates, preferred lesson type and preferred time. This is a Reservation request only. The Account Holder must check the Parent Portal for confirmation and complete payment before the first lesson.
Once confirmed, the five-date Intensive Course plan is fixed. A Student absence does not move, transfer, credit or replace the affected Reservation. Continued Learning does not apply to Intensive Course Reservations.
Fast-Track Your Swimming Knowledge

An Intensive Course gives a Student five consecutive days of focused swimming education. This concentrated format supports confidence, technique and swimming knowledge through consistent daily practice.
It is ideal for a Student whom might be stuck on the same level.
Other Reservation Fees
These fees apply to Assessments, Holding Reservations and Continued Learning after an absence.
A Continued Learning Reservation is a separate new Reservation. It is subject to suitable availability, the applicable fee and Parent Portal confirmation. The original missed Reservation remains used and payable.
Assessment
100 PLN
A 50 PLN credit is added toward the Student’s first confirmed Weekly Advance Group Reservation when it is reserved within 30 days of the Assessment.
Holding Reservation
For a known absence in the following calendar month. Available only to continuing Weekly Advance Students and must be requested by 17:00 on the 23rd.
Private or Group
50 PLN per held date
Protects the Student’s regular Weekly Advance place for following-month planning. It is not attendance, credit or payment toward another Reservation.
Semi-Private
50 PLN per held date — one Student absent
Where one Student holds their Semi-Private place, the other Student may separately reserve the same date and time as a Private Reservation at the applicable Weekly Advance Private fee.
Weekly Advance Private — Continued Learning
50 PLN — Weekly Advance Private
One new Private Reservation after a missed Weekly Advance Private Reservation.
Selected-Date Private — Continued Learning
100 PLN — Selected‑Date Private
One new Private Reservation after a missed Selected-Date Private Reservation.
No additional fee
Each original Student may request one suitable same-level Group Reservation after a missed Weekly Advance Semi-Private Reservation.

Both original Students attend together in one new Semi-Private Reservation.

Either original Student attends alone in one new Private Reservation.
Weekly Advance Group — Continued Learning
One suitable same-level Group Reservation after a missed Weekly Advance Group Reservation.

One new Private Reservation where no suitable same-level Group Reservation is available. This option may be used once per calendar month.
Selected-Date Group — Continued Learning
One suitable same-level Group Reservation after a missed Selected-Date Group Reservation.

One new Private Reservation after a missed Selected-Date Group Reservation.
Continued Learning must be requested and confirmed within 14 days of the missed Reservation, and at least 48 hours before the requested new attendance.
Every Continued Learning Reservation is subject to suitable availability
and Parent Portal confirmation.
