🐍 Eels — What Students Will Learn
Students learn how to move with control, maintain body position, and begin structured swimming movements.
In this level, students will learn to:

Submerge confidently and retrieve objects underwater

Push and glide in a strong, horizontal body position (front and back)

Kick continuously in streamline (Torpedo) and on the back

Perform basic frontcrawl (4 big arms) and backstroke movements
-
Rotate from front to back to breathe (Pancake safety skill)

Enter deep water and return to the wall independently
WARNING!
LESSON ARE SO MUCH FUN, THEY WILL WANT TO STAY IN THE WATER FOREVER!
