🦆 Ducks — What Students Will Learn

​

Students learn how to coordinate breathing, movement, and body position while swimming with control in the Olympic pool.

​

In this level, students will learn to:

  • Push and start correctly from the wall in frontcrawl and backstroke

  • Coordinate breathing with frontcrawl arm movement (2-stroke / catch-up)

  • Maintain a strong, horizontal body position while swimming

  • Swim frontcrawl and backstroke with improved rhythm and control

  • Perform structured drills to develop technique and coordination

  • Introduce dolphin kick and breaststroke kick fundamentals

  • Private Lesson (1:1)

  • Semi-Private Lesson (2:1)

  • Group Lesson (maximum 6 students)

  • 30 minutes

  • Olympic Pool

  • Water temperature: 27–28°C

Entry Included

  • Each lesson includes a 75-minute entry ticket for the student

Parent Access

  • Parents may assist with Changing

  • Parents who are not swimming are required to exit poolside via reception

  • A 20 minute changing room wrist band maybe given to parents to assist with Changing
