🦆 Ducks — What Students Will Learn

Students learn how to coordinate breathing, movement, and body position while swimming with control in the Olympic pool.

In this level, students will learn to:

Push and start correctly from the wall in frontcrawl and backstroke

Coordinate breathing with frontcrawl arm movement (2-stroke / catch-up)

Maintain a strong, horizontal body position while swimming
-
Swim frontcrawl and backstroke with improved rhythm and control
-
Perform structured drills to develop technique and coordination
-
Introduce dolphin kick and breaststroke kick fundamentals
