🦠Seals — What Students Will Learn

In the Seals level, students learn how to swim with control, consistency, and stronger technique across Front-crawl, Backstroke and Breaststroke.
​
In this level, students will learn to:

Start correctly from the wall and swim continuously to the wall

Maintain a consistent breathing pattern in frontcrawl (4-stroke rhythm)

Swim frontcrawl and backstroke with improved direction and control
-
Develop correct breaststroke timing (pull → breathe → kick → glide)
-
Use drills to improve technique and apply them into full stroke swimming
-
Further develop dolphin kick and body wave movement
-
Perform dive entries and begin learning tumble turns
