🐢 Turtles — What Students Will Learn
In the Turtles level, students learn how to swim with efficiency, rhythm, and endurance across all four strokes.
In this level, students will learn to:

Swim longer distances (25m) continuously with control and confidence

Maintain a consistent 3-stroke breathing pattern in frontcrawl
-
Improve rhythm, rotation, and direction in backstroke
-
Refine breaststroke timing for smoother, more efficient movement
-
Develop coordinated butterfly movement (2 kicks, 2 arms)
-
Perform stronger starts, dive entries, and streamline push-offs
-
Execute tumble turns and continue swimming without stopping

Use drills to improve technique and apply them into full stroke swimming
