Two simple ways to reserve lessons with Ukiyo
📅 Weekly Advance

Ask Ukiyo for a regular weekly place.

Pay the monthly fee after approval.

Check that the Student appears as Active.

The regular schedule continues automatically.

Tell Ukiyo about changes for the following month by 17:00 on the 23rd.
Weekly Advance provides priority for the same regular weekly place, month to month.
To keep priority:

reserve every available weekly date; or
-
use a Holding Reservation for each excluded date.
If the family does not want to pay for every available Weekly Advance date or pay the Holding Reservation for each excluded date, any dates they choose are charged at the Selected-Date rate. Weekly Advance ends, priority is lost and the regular place is released.

Purchase the appropriate Punch Pass.

Submit the request at least 48 hours before attendance.

Check that the Reservation appears as Active.
Selected Date provides individual Reservations only.
It does not retain or restore priority for a regular weekly place.
A former Weekly Advance family must wait until the 1st and choose from the availability remaining.

When the Student Cannot Attend
Inform Ukiyo
Submit a Future Absence through the Parent Portal.
The released place may be offered to another suitable Student.
The Original Reservation Does Not Move
An Active Reservation remains used and payable.
Illness, emergencies, travel and changes in personal plans do not move, credit or refund it.
*Continued Learning
Continued Learning provides one separate new Reservation:
-
an available same-level Group at no additional fee; or
-
a new Private or Semi-Private Reservation** for the applicable fee.
The new Reservation must be suitable, available and confirmed as Active.
Each affected Reservation provides one Continued Learning option only.
**Semi-Private Reservation is available only to the two Students from
the same original Semi-Private Reservation when both
Students miss that same Reservation. Both Students must
attend the new Semi-Private Reservation together.
Before Going to Wodny Park
Check the Parent Portal
Confirm:

the Student;
-
the date and time;
-
the lesson; and
-
the Reservation status.
Look for Active
Only Active confirms attendance.
Messages, conversations, requests, proposed times and payment screenshots are not confirmation.
Check Payment
Payment must be received before attendance.
At Reception
Provide:
-
Ukiyo Swim School;
-
the Reservation time;
-
the Instructor’s name; and
-
the Student’s full name.
Reception provides entry only and cannot create, change or confirm a Reservation.
