The Ukiyo Parent Portal is the official record of Active Reservations, Reservation Fees, payments and approved changes. Once you log in, you can manage your details, review your account and follow each Student’s learning progress in one clear place.
If a Reservation or change is not displayed in the Portal, it is not yet confirmed.

To report an absence, request a Holding Reservation, request Continued Learning or make another Reservation request, contact Ukiyo directly. A request is confirmed only when the approved change is shown in the Parent Portal.
Note: Some features may only become visible once a student has been officially evaluated or enrolled in a specific class level.
